Catalina Island Beaches

Descanso Beach Club is the primary beach located on the opposite side (from the shopping and hotels) of the Avalon Casino. The beach offers three restaurant bars, cabanas, and numerous other activities. Descanso is also the primary wedding event location on the island due to its prime location and spectacular views of the island coast.

Golfing at Catalina

The Catalina Island Golf Course is a full service course offering golf clubs rentals, top notch club house and has been home to Invitational play. Along the main strip in Avalon, the street is lined with fabulous shopping opportunities.
